There are a few interesting http web server images to test your networking. My list is not exhaustive, just a few I found.
httpbin: httpbin.org
A simple HTTP Request & Response Service.
http-echo: github.com/hashicorp/http-echo
HTTP Echo is a small go web server that serves the contents it was started with as an HTML page.
traefik/whoami: github.com/traefik/whoami
Tiny Go webserver that prints OS information and HTTP request to output.
caddy, no brainer :)

Well, this is not a http server, but I love this project, it’s a container networking debugging tool.
